Grand opening of NPTEL Local Chapter at RIT Roorkee Campus

Grand opening of NPTEL Local Chapter at RIT Roorkee Campus was held in the presence of Dr. Indra Deep Singh, Asstt. Prof IIT Roorkee as Coordinator of NPTEL Northern India, Dr. Nivedita Vishoi Head Supervisor of NPTEL, accompanied by Mr. Jitendra Kumar and Mr. Nitesh Kumar.

DG Prof Arun Kumar Mathur, Director, Dr Parag Jain and HOD EE/ECE Prof Vishal Sharma, together with Dr. Indra Deep Singh launched the NPTEL Local Chapter by hosting NPTEL Lectures projected on the screen of Seminar Hall of RIT.

While highlighting the main features and benefits of NPTEL Local Chapter, the officials demonstrated the practical use of the program and answered the questions of the audience.

Participating Faculties of RIT were awarded certificates also.
